At mWraps LLC, we believe in fast, reliable shipping and full transparency. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order Processing Time
- Expedited orders will process within 1 business day.
- All other orders will be processed and shipped from our facility within 48 hours (2 business days).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
- Delivered via standard carrier.
- Delivery time varies based on location (ground is generally 3-5 business days).
- Tracking included.
Expedited Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
- If you select the Expedited Shipping option at checkout, we will prioritize and fast-track your order through our system and carrier.
- Best choice if you need your order quickly.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to all U.S. states.
(If you would like us to include international, APO/FPO, or territories, let me know and I’ll add those sections.)
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered delivered to the customer.
If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it:
- Verify the shipping address used during checkout.
- Check with household members or neighbors.
- Look around your property or alternative delivery locations (porch, mailbox, side door, etc.).
- Contact the shipping carrier directly — they may have more delivery details.
If the carrier is unable to locate the package, contact us at support@mwraps.com.
We will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include filing a claim or replacement depending on the situation.
Damaged Packages
We take product quality seriously.
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
- Email us at support@mwraps.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a description of the issue.
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability.
Carrier Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery times may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holidays
- Other factors outside our control
We will always do our best to assist you if a delay occurs, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates after the package is with the carrier.
