The Oh Ouch Pouch is built for the kit you actually carry every day — small enough to live in a glove box, complete enough to handle a real emergency. The Oh Sh!t Kit is what stays at home or on the jobsite when you need full coverage. Most working hands carry both.

Frequently Asked
How is the Oh Ouch Pouch different from the Oh Sh!t Kit?
The Oh Sh!t Kit is the comprehensive build — 80+ components, more redundancy on bandages and wraps, full first-aid coverage alongside the trauma essentials. The Oh Ouch Pouch is the focused build — same caliber trauma response gear (Combat TQ, Israeli bandage, vented chest seal, NPA airway), packed into a smaller pouch for daily carry. Most working hands keep both — the OSK at home or on the jobsite, the Ouch Pouch in the truck or pack.Sample answer.
Is the Combat TQ a real one or a replica?
The Oh Ouch Pouch includes a TCCC-recommended Combat Application Tourniquet — the same style field medics and military medics carry. Not a training replica.
Do I need training to use this?
You should know how to use a tourniquet and apply a chest seal before you actually need to. Free Stop the Bleed courses (stopthebleed.org), Red Cross trauma trainings, and local fire/EMS courses are widely available — most are under 2 hours. The Oh Ouch Pouch gives you the tools; the training gives you the confidence to use them.
Can I refill or upgrade components later?
Yes. Every component is replaceable through standard trauma medical suppliers (North American Rescue, Tactical Medical Solutions, Chinook Medical) or directly through mWraps as we add the refills to our store. The pouch itself is built to last years.
Where should I keep it?
The most common spots: glove box, under the truck visor (clipped to MOLLE webbing), in the lid pocket of a backpack, in a range bag, in the kitchen first-aid drawer. The MOLLE webbing on the exterior lets it clip to most tactical bags, vests, and rigs.
What are the dimensions?
7" × 6" × 4". Fits comfortably in a standard glove box, dashboard pocket, range bag, or pack lid pocket. Weighs about 1.2 lbs loaded.
Hope Isn't A Plan.
The Oh Ouch Pouch is the kit that lives in your truck for the day you hope never comes. Built around the components field medics carry. Sized to fit anywhere.
